Shopify to Announce First-Quarter 2023 Financial Results May 4, 2023 Before Markets Open

Internet, Everywhere – May 1, 2023 Shopify Inc. (NYSE, TSX: SHOP), a provider of essential internet infrastructure for commerce, today announced a revised time for the release of its financial results for its first quarter, which ended March 31, 2023. The company will now release its financial results before markets open on Thursday, May 4, 2023. 

In light of the revised time, Shopify’s management team will host the conference call to discuss first-quarter results at 8:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, May 4, 2023. The conference call will be available via webcast on the investor relations section of Shopify’s website at https://investors.shopify.com/news-and-events/.

An archived replay of the webcast will be available following the conclusion of the call.
