At our annual Unite partner conference in May, we revealed that we’d be opening our first permanent, physical space to help merchants gain new skills and grow their business. We’re excited to bring our mission of making commerce better for everyone to life in a way that’s never been done before, and we’re even more excited to reveal that we’re starting this new adventure in Los Angeles.
Starting later this year, ROW DTLA will be the home of the first ever Shopify space, where merchants can gather for inspiration, community, education and help making the most of our products for selling through any channel, including their online and retail stores, social media and ecommerce marketplaces.
With in-person support, events and workshops to help small business owners level up their offering, Shopify’s home in downtown LA will help merchants grow their business today, and contribute to a future of commerce that features more voices, not fewer. We chose LA because the area is home to a large number of Shopify merchants who can benefit from the services and community the space will provide.
